General Conditions

A reservation is not confirmed for ANY FARO DEL SUR PROGRAMME until a 40% deposit of the total trip cost has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid at least 24 hours before departure; otherwise we will consider the reservation cancelled.
For reservations call us or visit our offices to ensure that there are spaces available, make the reservation and pay 40% of the total cost of the trip. If you make the reservation with another operator, they will take care of the paperwork. You must pay the full price of the trip 24 hours before departure; otherwise we will consider the reservation cancelled. If you do not turn up at the scheduled departure time, you will forfeit any right for any money to be returned.
For 7 and 14-day programmes, a bank transfer may be made to the following account:

- Please include the following in the "Observations" area of the transfer slip:
faro + # days programme (7 or 10) + date of departure + names of the travellers making the reservation (ex: FAR + 05/07/02 + Puig; Morales; Sánchez).
- You must send a fax to the office for each transfer (Fax: 959.344491)
- the bank transfer receipt, is equivalent to an invoice, to all effects.
 

According to Article 21 of the Travel Agency Regulation, in the case of cancellation, the user must pay the administration and cancellation expenses, as well as a penalty according to the following table:
Between 15 and 11 days before departure: 5% of the total
Between 10 and 3 days before departure: 15% of the total
48 hours before departure: 25% of the total
Not turning up at departure: 100% of the total
 

The Excursion Guide may decide to change the scheduled programme due to events out of his control. In extreme cases, the guide may decide to suspend the programme, when the physical well-being of any of the passengers is in danger. The guide will always try to find the best possible alternative in these situations.
 

All excursions programmed by Faro del Sur are guided. This means that the Guide will be the one who decides where to go and the decisions to take. If a participant decides not to follow the Guide’s instructions, both the Guide and the Organisation will decline any responsibility regarding what this person might do or what might happen to him.
 

All participants will be covered by Accident Insurance with determined limitations, for all trips carried out on Spanish territory, whether they are one day or more. An accident is understood as any sudden or unforeseen bodily harm. The medical bills will be paid by the victim and then submitted to the Insurance Company for refund, if the Company considers the accident to be covered by the insurance policy.
